Uniti controllers sit at the gates, doors and equipment and make every decision locally. The cloud platform adds remote management on top, but the property never depends on it.

From the gate to your phone

Equipment connects to an on-site controller. The controller can report to the cloud platform, which serves the apps for managers, staff and residents.

Cloud-connected

Manage from anywhere

The controllers still run the property. The cloud platform adds the tools that need a connection.

Offline (standalone)

No cloud account at all

For communities that do not want a cloud connection. Each controller is set up and managed on site.

How we work with you

We design it and support it. Local contractors install it.

Everything is available now and typically ready in about two weeks from order.

  3. 03InstallWe do not do the physical installation ourselves. We coordinate it with licensed local contractors: your existing gate or electrical contractor, or one we help you find.
