What we do
The gate is our anchor. It is not the whole story.
We start with the front gate and the credentials that open it: every remote, car opener, fob, card, tag and plate, in one system. From there, we connect everything else a community runs: pedestrian doors, pavilions, pools, restrooms, dumpster enclosures, lighting, irrigation, pumps and sensors.
All of it goes into one system. With the cloud platform, it shares one map and one set of alerts, run from one login across every site.
Access
Access first, never a lockout.
We build access systems that keep residents moving and never lock out emergency responders. If something fails, emergency entry points fail open.
Integration
Vendor-neutral by design.
We work with and retrofit the gate and access systems a community already has, when they follow industry standards, plus door hardware, cameras and irrigation controllers. That is the Integration in our name.
